ISLAMABAD: PM Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif’s younger son, Hassan Nawaz, reached Federal Judicial Academy before Joint Investigation Team (JIT) on Thursday to record his statement.
High alert security arrangements are taken at the at the Federal Judicial Academy in the capital.
Hassan Nawaz, a London-based businessman appeared 2nd time before the JIT and earlier he appeared on June 2, and was questioned by the probe team for around seven hours.
He did not answers the questions of media.
Meanwhile, the Prime Minister’s elder son, Hussain Nawaz is expected to appear before the JIT on Friday. This will be his fifth summon by the JIT, which is investigating the prime minister’s family’s London flats and offshore companies in light of the Supreme Court’s April 20 verdict in the Panama Papers case.
On Wednesday, JIT had submitted its 2nd report to Supreme Court of Pakistan and court had expressed satisfaction the progress of JIT.
